RQi Master Practitioner Training Course | 17 Jun - 9 Jul | Remote & London

The RQi Master Practitioner course is for RQi Practitioners who want to deliver our licensed resilience training courses and wider consultancy with the RQi Team Report.

As part of this certification programme, you'll gain access to 20 licensed training modules, which map to one or more Six Elements of Resilience. The materials have been designed by Thrive using techniques derived from positive psychology and health psychology and include PowerPoint presentations, workbooks and other delegates handouts. Master Practitioner materials are reviewed and updated twice per year to ensure they include the very latest evidence-based interventions to support resilience in the workplace.

Master Practitioners also benefit from a series of free Masterclasses run throughout the year.

The exercises we teach include:
  • The benefits of Flow (and where to find it)
  • Boosting job satisfaction with Job Crafting
  • Identifying strengths with the VIA Inventory of character strengths and
  • Attributional Style and positive self-talk
Here's an outline of the course:

1. DISTANCE LEARNING  

Before the group workshops, participants are required to complete two e-learning modules.

2. INTERACTIVE WEBINARS

There is a total of 18 hours of tutor-led workshops. There are three half-day workshops in which participants experience a selection of the training modules available with the suite of resilience modules; followed by a day in participants practice delivery. The final half-day covers use of the RQi Team Report and the design of bespoke team programmes.

3. ONLINE ASSESSMENT

This is a multiple-choice and scenarios-based assessment. The pass mark is 75%.

Fee:The standard fee is £1,500 + VAT per person. This includes all support materials.

Terms: There is a maximum of eight places available on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment in full is required 10 working days before the course date. The attendance fee will only be refunded if notification of cancellation is received at least five working days before the course date. All materials are available to those who successfully complete the programme, according to the terms and conditions of an RQi Master Practitioner.
