Michelle Smorfitt will facilitate a group session for 1.5 hours to support peer-to-peer learning and reflection on working with the RQi and resilience in the workplace.

What is it?
This is an opportunity to connect with other practitioners in your field. Based on the principles of peer-to-peer learning and reflective practice, it will be a space to share and grow in community.
 
Who is it for?
RQi Practitioners, Master Practitioners, workplace consultants, executive coaches, and HR and L&D and professionals.
