Performance and Executive Coaching

Performance and Executive Coaching are powerful ways to accelerate learning, help people manage demands and enhance performance.

Coaching has many proven benefits and delivers significant return on investment (ROI). According to the 2009 ICF Global Coaching Client Study, companies that use professional coaching have gained a median ROI of 7 times their initial investment. Individual clients reported a median ROI of 3.44 times their investment.

Our experience in executive coaching

We have a long and successful track record of coaching in a wide range of public sector (e.g. large government departments) and private sector organisations (e.g. financial and construction).  Our approach is based on well-established practices from Performance and Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (CBC).

All of our coaches are hand-picked based on expertise and experience.  All of them have hands-on experience working in major successful businesses such as Walt Disney, Pret A Manger, Eli Lilly and Co., and Thomson Holidays. We have a fantastic team with an outstanding track record and we always spend time making sure we get just the right people for your organisation.

Our coaching programmes are supported by a number of psychometric tools including:

  • Resilience Quotient Inventory (RQi™) Learn more
  • Emotional Quotient Inventory 2.0™ (EQ-i 2.0™) and EQ-360™ Learn more
  • VIA PRO Character Strengths Profile
  • Facet5 (personality profile – based on the ‘Big Five’) Learn more
  • Belbin Team Role Reports
  • Career Anchors Inventory

We select the right profiles for your people based on business needs and goals.

Implementing an Executive Coaching Programme

At the start of a coaching programme we also like to deliver a group session where clients have an opportunity to meet their coach and ask questions about the approach we take.  This serves to build rapport and trust between coach and client right from the start and helps make sure that clients get the most out of their first one-to-one session.
